At the 18th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, held on 19 Jun 2008, a proposal to issue RMB 2.7 bln in five-year bonds with fixed interest rates and simple interest calculated per annum.

A proposal regarding the above-mentioned matter must be submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for examination.
