On 17 Jun 2008, Tango, jointly established by the company and ANTM.JK to acquire Herald Resources Limited through a tender offer, announced an increase in its tender offer price to AUD 2.80 per share to match the 10 Jun 2008 AUD 2.80 per share tender offer from Bumi, its competitor.

Tango reported that other than a minimum acceptance ratio of 50.1%, there are no conditions in its tender offer. It also retains the right to announce an unconditional tender offer at any time. The effective period of Tango's tender offer has been extended to 1 Jul 2008 at 5:00 pm, Perth (Australia) time.
