To diversify its financing channels, improve its liabilities structure, reduce its interest expenditures, and realise the sustainable development of the company, SAIC Motor Corporation Limited (600104) has decided to make two issuances of three-year corporate notes. The total value of the notes issued will not exceed RMB 8 bln. Funds raised from the issuance will mainly be used to repay the existing loans of its subsidiaries, and to fund its future expansion in production and operations. The first issuance will not exceed a total value of RMB 4 bln.
