In accordance with a prospectus regarding the issuance of ‘Baotou Steel Convertible Bonds’, following the implementation of its Profit Distribution Scheme on 11 Jun 2008, the company will adjust the conversion price of ‘Baotou Steel Convertible Bonds’ from RMB 1.84 per share to RMB 1.74 per share. Consequently, the conversion price of ‘Boatou Steel Convertible Bonds’ (code: 190010) will become RMB 1.74 per share from 12 Jun 2008.
