ZXR10 Ethernet Switch awarded Chinese Brand Name

ZTE Corporation announced that its ZXR10 Ethernet Switch was awarded the 2007 Chinese Brand Name by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and China Brand Strategy Promotion Commission.

Liu Qingliang, ZTE Product Chief Engineer stated that the company's Ethernet products had contributed substantially to ZTE’s breakthrough in data communications market share through opportunities created by the transition of domestic operators network to the G-series switch products. ZTE's share of domestic backbone switches is now between 35% -40%.


Before being awarded the 2007 Chinese Brand Name, ZXR10 Ethernet Switch ranked the third among all domestic and international brands in China in 2006.
