At the 2007 General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28 May 2008 in the training centre of the company, the following proposals were examined and approved:
1. to revise certain provisions in the Articles of Association of the company
2. to add new provisions to the Articles of Association of the company
3. the 2007 Working Report of the Board of Directors
4. the 2007 Working Report of the Board of Supervisors
5. the 2007 Financial Report
6. the 2008 Financial Budget Report
7. the 2007 Profit Distribution Scheme
8. to engage the company's auditor for 2008
9. to participate in the operations of Langfang City Commercial Bank by purchasing shares of the bank
10. to authorise the board of directors to handle relevant procedures regarding its investments
11. to increase remuneration of directors and supervisors
12. to continue to engage Bruno Houdmout, Bachar Samra, Michael Knight Ipson as directors of the company
13. to nominate Shi Yuan as supervisor
14. to nominate Zhang Dongning as director
