The company plans to invest RMB 72 mln to establish Anqing Capital Water Co. Ltd for the operation of Anqing Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant with the term of 30 years after the establishment of Anqing Capital Water. The rate of return on investment is projected to be 8.95%.

The investment, which was approved at the 2nd 2008 Special Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors held on 1 Apr 2008, will improve the impact and influence of the company on the southwest region of Anhui Province.
