China Lco Co. Ltd plans to sell its 100% equity in Lanzhou Liancheng Longxing Aluminum Co. Ltd, 100% equity in Chinalco Southwest Aluminum Cold Rolling Co. Ltd, 71.01% equity in Chinalco Henan Aluminum Co. Ltd, 75% equity in Chinalco Ruimin Co. Ltd, 60% equity in Chinalco Southwest Aluminum Co. Ltd and 56.86% equity in Huaxi Aluminum Co. Ltd to the company. China Nonferrous Metals Processing Technology Co. Ltd plans to sell its 13.01% equity in Henan Aluminum to the company. All the abovementioned equities are to be sold for a total of RMB 4.175 bln.

On 21 May 2008 the company, China Lco and China Nonferrous signed an agreement regarding the abovementioned transactions effective from its signing date. Following the transactions, the abovementioned six companies will become subsidiaries of the company. The assets, liabilities and financial performance of these six companies will be included in future consolidated accounts of the company.
