Due to a misunderstanding of requirements of the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding compilation of the company's 2007 Annual Report, the company has corrected its 2007 Annual Report and Special Remarks regarding funds appropriated by the controlling shareholder and related parties that were previously disclosed on 18 May 2008.
