1. the 2007 Annual Report
2. the 2007 Working Report of the Board of Directors
3. the 2007 Working Report of the Board of Supervisors
4. the 2007 Final Accounting Report
5. the 2007 Profit Distribution Scheme
6. to forecast the 2008 related-party transactions
7. to continue to engage Beijing Continental Certified Public Accountants Co. Ltd as the company's auditor for 2008
