At the 2007 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 15 May 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2007 Profit Distribution Scheme
The company will issue a cash dividend of RMB 1.00 (taxes included) for every 10 shares held on the basis of 337.35 million total issued shares as of 31 Dec 2007.

2. the 2007 Annual Report and its Abstract
3. to continue to engage Rightson Yuehua Certified Public Accountant as the company's auditor for 2008
4. daily related-party transactions
5. to elect directors and independent directors for the 4th Board of Directors and supervisors for the 4th Board of Supervisors
