The company and Shandong International Trust Co. Ltd have signed a memorandum of understanding regarding strategic cooperation. According to the agreement, the company and Shandong International Trust will conduct comprehensive and diversified cooperation through equity investment, complimentary financial activities, sharing of channels and customers, and the joint development and design of financial products.

Implementation of the strategic cooperation is subject to the approval of relevant government authorities.
