Beijing Electronics Reduces Shareholdings to 2.07%

On 9 May 2008 the company received a notice from Beijing Electronics Zone Co. Ltd, a shareholder of the company, stating that from 31 Aug 2007 to 7 May 2008 it sold its 1,870,000 tradeable shares accounting for 1.01% of the total issued shares of the company in the secondary market of which 1,053,865 shares were sold from 21 Apr to 7 May 2008 accounting for 0.57% of the total issued shares.

Following the reduction in its holdings, Beijing Electronics Zone still holds 3,830,000 shares of the company accounting for 2.07% of the total issued shares, representing a reduction in its total shareholding from 3.14% to 2.07%.
