At the 2007 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 Apr 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2007 Profit Distribution Scheme
The company plans to issue a cash dividend of RMB 1.60 (tax included) for every 10 shares held on the basis of 2.2 billion total issued shares as of 31 Dec 2007.
2. to continue to engage Beijing Jingdu Certified Public Accountants as the company’s 2008 auditor
3. a proposal regarding the issuance of short-term bonds by the company
