ZHEJIANG GUANGSHA CO.,LTD (600052)3.2 Bln RMB Private PlacementZhejiang Guangsha Co., Ltd announced that its Board of Directors had examined and adopted the proposal of a private placement of RMB denominated 'A' shares to not more than 10 subscribers. This issue of shares will range from 120 Mln to 180 Mln each allotment and the share price shall be not less than 16.7 RMB per share, giving to a capital raising of not more than 3.2 Bln RMB.
