At the 9th Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors held on 24 Mar 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. Hao Jianxue's resignation from the positions of director and chairman of the board of directors
2. to nominate Du Changxi as candidate for the 4th Board of Directors
3. to renew the engagement of Wuhan Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants as the company's auditor in 2008
4. to hold the 1st 2008 Special Meeting of Shareholders on 22 Apr 2008, at which proposals 2 and 3 will be examined
