China-Kinwa High Technology Co. Ltd recently completed its private placement to Western Mining Co. Ltd, implementing its strategy of building a copper resource industrial line in cooperation with Western Mining. With the improvement of its copper industrial line and integration with high polymer material sectors, the company has erected a solid foundation for its growth.

China-Kinwa High Technology is the leading domestic manufacturer of copper foil. The capital raised by the private placement will be invested in two projects, driving up the company's production of copper foil to 15,600 tons by 2009.

Electrical line and cable, the two main businesses of the company are connected to the heat-shrink high polymer material and copper industries. As the company is in both copper resources and heat-shrink high polymer materials, it has an advantage as it compliments the company's industrial chain.
