At the 9th Meeting of the 5th Board of Supervisors held on 10 Mar 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2007 Annual Report and its Abstract
2. the 2007 Working Report of the Board of Supervisors
3. the independent remarks of board of supervisors and all supervisors on the company’s issues including operation, finance, use of raised capital, sale of assets and the 2008 daily related-party transactions

Proposal 2 is subject to the approval of the 2007 General Meeting of Shareholders.
