At the 16th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors held on 10 Mar 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to agree to a RMB 30 mln project to increase the capacity of a glyphosate production line by Shandong Vicome Greenland Chemical Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of the company
2. a remuneration package for senior management
