C&T Technology Development Co. Ltd is mainly engaged in value-added services in the telecommunications industry. The company's largest controller is China Tietong Company, which is a large-scale telecom operator with 30,000 kilometres of fiber optic network covering more than 100 cities. Another major shareholder of the company is China Satellite Navigation and Communication Co. Ltd, which is one of the six largest telecom operators in China, holding 39% of the shares of C&T.
