Media Reports Clarification
The company hereby clarifies the recent reports about the company made by relevant media as follows:
I. as to the research report entitled "More Demand for Tellhow Sci-Tech's Generator Business, Intelligent Building Business Continues To Prosper" published by the Research Department of China International Capital Corporation Limited on 6 Jan 2009, in which the rating to the company was upgraded to "Recommended":

the remarks on the demand expansion of its generator business resulting from construction of "Three Networks" (power grid, communication network and railway network): the company has recently won the bid of a batch of products (35 mobile emergency genset cars) in the tender for genset car reform of State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC); besides, it has won the bid of a batch of projects of backup power for communication signals in the railway network construction, with the contract amount of RMB 19,016,250. As for construction of the communication network, the company is a qualified supplier of backup power to China Mobile Communications Corporation, China United Telecommunications Corporation and China Telecom Corporation, with the business under way constantly. Also, as of the announcement day, the company has not accepted any order from "Three Networks" since 1 Jan 2009;

the remarks on its business of intelligent building: the company has recently won the bid of the overall contracting project of intelligent system of Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Center, with the project amount of RMB 120 mln; in addition, it has signed contracts on several intelligent system projects such as the alteration and expansion project of the National Museum of China, the expansion projects of China Mobile Guangdong Global Mansion and Hongqiao International Airport, with a cumulative contract amount of about RMB 180 mln.
The above bid-winning projects and contracts are all regular business and contracts within the company's daily business scope;

the company has not conducted any financial estimates on profit;
II. as to the report entitled "What Is The Secret Behind Tellhow Sci-Tech's For It's Stock Price Reaching Maximum Trading Limit Consecutively" written by the reporter Zhang Chao and published in the "Shanghai Securities News" on 7 Jan 2009: the company is not aware about SGCC's RMB 1.7 bln tender project, and it has not been elected to be the bid winner;
III. as to the two articles entitled "Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing About to Scale up" and "The Rising Sector of Wind Power Equipment" written by Yu Kai and published in the "Beijing Times" and the "Securities Times" on 8 Jan 2009, that mentioned listed companies including the company entered the manufacturing field of wind power equipment: the company is exploring the manufacturing of wind power equipment at present, and is in the initial stage of product research with no investment of capital so far.
