The company received a notice from Xingshan County Hydropower Co., Ltd., a shareholder of the company, stating that on 18 Nov 2008, it returned 4,740,401 shares (including 3,950,334 disbursed shares and relevant 790,067 stock dividends), which were paid in advance by Yichang Xingfa Group Co. Ltd. for the share reform of Xingshan County Hydropower.

Following the aforementioned stake change, Xingshan County Hydropower still holds 26,291,599 shares of the company, equal to a 10.43% stake, while Yichang Xingfa Group holds 52,301,835 shares of the company, equal to a 20.75% stake.
