At the 35th meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 21 Nov 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to apply for RMB 1.2 bln worth of short-term loans or bank acceptance bills with terms of up to one year and interest rates of no higher than the bank benchmark lending rates in the corresponding periods

The board of directors authorizes the management team to address matters relating to the short-term credit financing within three years, upon approval of the above-mentioned proposal.
