According to the progress in certain construction projects of its subsidiary, Baoding Tianwei Solarfilms Co., Ltd., the company recently increased Tianwei Solarfilms' registered capital by RMB 160 mln.

Tianwei Solarfilms' previous registered capital was RMB 200 mln, in which RMB 190 mln was invested by the company, equal to a 95% stake.

At present, the industrial and commercial registration change has been approved by the Baoding City Administration for Industry and Commerce. Following the boost, the registered capital and the paid-in capital of Tianwei Solarfilms will reach RMB 360 mln each, in which RMB 350 mln is contributed by the company, accounting for 97.2%.
