Due to the fact that the controlling company shareholder, China Three Gorges Project Corporation, is planning an overall listing of its core business, trading in company shares has been suspended in compliance with relevant regulations.

The overall listing scheme has been submitted to relevant government authorities. While procedures are still in progress, the trading suspension will be maintained, pending resolution of the matter.
