12 Mln Restricted Shares Pledged by Largest Shareholder

The company recently received a notice from its largest shareholder, Shenzhen Dongyangguang Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (Dongyangguang Industrial), stating that on 20 Nov 2008, Dongyangguang Industrial pledged 12 mln restricted shares of the company to Yichang City Commercial Bank, Jiangbei sub-branch.

As of 24 Nov 2008, Dongyangguang Industrial holds 518 mln restricted company shares, equal to a 62.60% stake, of which 416,818,885 shares have been pledged.
