Franchise Agreement Signed on 25 Nov 2008

On 25 Nov 2008 according to resolutions of the 5th Meeting of the second Board of Directors, PPA, PCT and Cosco Pacific Limited signed a franchise agreement regarding the Piraeus Port in Greece.

The agreement will take effect following completion of pertinent procedures within the prescribed time period.
