At the 5th Meeting of 6th Board of Directors, held on 26 Nov 2008, the following proposals were reviewed and approved:

1. to apply for a one-year RMB 15 mln loan with Suining City Commercial Bank, Shehong branch.
The company is to pledge RMB 15 mln worth of land use rights, for a period of five years, as a guarantee on the above loan.

2. to establish Jiangyou branch and Suining branch instead of No.3 and No.4 Factory of the company
