3. RMB 100 mln loan with the Guangdong Development Bank, Shenzhen Xiangmihu sub-branch, for a term from Jul 2005 to Aug 2006
4. RMB 39 mln loan with Huaxia Bank, Shenzhen sub-branch, for a term from May 2006 to May 2008

As of the date of this announcement, the company has applied for a total of RMB 1.01 bln loans with certain commercial banks.
