RMB 20 Mln Cross-Guarantee Provided

At the 31st Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 24 Nov 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to sign a cross-guarantee agreement with Tongling New Town Construction and Investment Co., Ltd., under which, both parties will provide a guarantee on a two-year RMB 20 mln loan for each other.

To date, guarantees provided by the company for its subsidiaries total RMB 164.7 mln (the aforementioned guarantee excluded). There are no guaranteed loans in arrears.
