Xinjiang Tianye Co. Ltd is engaged in the chemical products industry and the production and sale of plastics. The company's main products include caustic soda, vitriol, polyvinyl chloride resin, hydrochloric acid and plastic products for agriculture and architecture. It is also involved in commercial trade, agriculture, processing of tomato products, architecture and real estate development. It has eight branches, 13 holding companies and four joint stock companies.

Xinjiang Tianye is the largest alkali chemical production base in Xinjiang and is the largest producer of plastic water-saving drip irrigation equipment in China. It also possesses foreign trade and import-export rights and is recognized as an enterprise technology centre by the state.
