On 20 Nov 2008, Shenzhen FuDing Guarantee and Investment Co., Ltd., a company shareholder, signed an agreement to sell its 30 mln shares, equal to a 9.99% stake, to Shanghai Zhouji (Group) Co., Ltd. for RMB 60 mln. Following the transaction, Shanghai Zhouji (Group) will become one of the three largest shareholders of the company and Shenzhen FuDing Guarantee and Investment's stake in the company will decrease to 5.87%.

At the date of this announcement, Shenzhen FuDing Guarantee and Investment has no intention of increasing its holding of the company in the next 12 months.
