At the 13th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 28 Jan 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to invest RMB 30 mln to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary. Detailed information can be found in the Securities Times and on the China Info website (www.cninfo.com.cn), dated 29 Jan 2008.

Pursuant to the resolution, the company has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, named Fujian Guomai Science Park Construction Development Co., Ltd., with registered capital of RMB 20 mln. Currently, the subsidiary has completed its industrial and commercial registration procedures and obtained a business license.

The subsidiary will undertake the construction and management of the international telecommunication service outsourcing base project. Detailed information pertaining to the project can be found on the China Info website (www.cninfo.com.cn).
