Trading Suspension Maintained In Preparation For Major Assets Restructuring

As the company is preparing for a major assets restructuring, the board of directors has applied with relevant authorities to suspend its trading in shares since 4 Nov 2008, pursuant to relevant regulations.

To date, relevant demonstration and procedures on the majors assets restructuring scheme is still ongoing. Because the outcome is uncertain, the trading suspension will be maintained.

During the suspension period, the company will disclose relevant information in a timely manner. Furthermore, it will apply for trading resumption upon certainty of the issue.
