China Merchants Property Development Co. Ltd is mainly engaged in the operation of property development and management. Headquartered in Shenzhen City, the company focuses its market mainly in the Zhujiang River Delta Area, the Yangtze River Delta Area and the Bohai Economic Belt. Over 20 years, the company has operated more than 40 real estate projects in large cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Nanjing, Chongqiong and others covering an area of eight million square metres. The company is one of the earliest of its kind in China and comprises three core industries under Hong Kong Merchants Group Corp.
