Trading Halt Pending Outcome of Application For Private Placement

According to a notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the Issuance Review Committee of the CSRC will examine the company's application for a private placement on 21 Nov 2008.

Trading in the company's shares will be suspended as of 21 Nov 2008, pursuant to relevant regulations. The trading will resume, upon outcome of the examination. Relevant information will be disclosed in a timely manner as it becomes available.
