According to a notice from Shenzhen Dongyangguang Co., Ltd., the largest shareholder of the company with a 62.6% stake, on 6 Nov 2008, Shenzhen Dongyangguang pledged 37.35 mln restricted shares of the company to Agricultural Bank of China, Shenzhen Nanshan branch. As of the date of its announcement, Shenzhen Dongyangguang has pledged a total of 404,818,885 shares of the company.
