The company received a notice on 24 Oct 2008 from Guosen Securities Co., Ltd., the sponsoring institution of the company's share reform, stating that Sui Yanzhao, formerly the sponsor representative, would no longer hold his position.

Consequently, Fan Maoyang has been appointed his replacement and will be responsible for the supervision and oversight of the company's share reform.
