2nd 2008 EGM Canceled

Due to the change of the company's effective controller and ongoing discussions on candidates for director, supervisor and the number of shareholder representatives, the company decided to cancel its 2nd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders planned for 1 Nov 2008.

The company will urge its shareholders to submit a candidate list for director and supervisor. The general election of the boards will be held in a timely manner.
