At the 10th Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 27 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 3Q 2008 Report
2. the newly-added 2008 daily related-party transactions
3. to retain the company’s current auditors

Proposal 3 must be submitted to a general meeting of shareholders for further examination.
