Management Rules on Related-Party Transactions Formulated

In order to standardize transactions between the company, its wholly-owned subsidiaries and other related parties, to protect the interests of shareholders and creditors, as well as to ensure the fairness, justness and transparency of the related-party transaction contracts, the company has formulated the Management Rules on Related-Party Transactions, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and the Articles of Association of the company.
