At the 35th Meeting of the 2nd Board of Directors, held on 11 Nov 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to revise the Articles of Association
2. to revise the Rules of Procedure for General Meetings of Shareholders
3. to revise the Administrative Measures Governing Related-party Transactions
4. to formulate the Administrative Measures on Sensitive Information
5. to formulate the Cumulative Voting System Implementation Rules
