Financing Bill Issue Approved

At the 6th 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 12 Nov, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to issue short-term corporate financing bills
2. to adjust the volume cap of credit lines from banks by the company and its subsidiaries
3. to adjust the volume cap of guarantees provided for the company's subsidiaries
4. the administrative rules on operational decision making and operation as revised in October 2008
5. the Articles of Association as revised in October 2008
