Datong Cement Transfers Land Use Rights

At the 1st 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 25 Jul 2008, the company received approval to revise a scheme to use non-cash assets to cover certain occupied funds, and agreed to sign a modified agreement.
In accordance with the scheme and the modified agreement, on 1 Aug 2008, the company received the promised amount of RMB 12,4670,600 from Datong Cement Group Co.,Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company as reimbursement. Details can be found in a relevant announcement, issued by the company and published in the China Securities Journal, dated 5 Aug 2008.

On 10 Nov 2008, Datong Cement Group transferred the use rights of five plots of land to the company, in accordance with the aforesaid agreement.
