RMB 1 Bln Corporate Bond Issue Approved

At the 5th Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 11 Nov 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to issue corporate bonds with a maximum total face value of RMB 1 bln and a five-year maturities. The resolution is valid for 18 months from the date of release.

The company plans to convene its 4th 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 Nov 2008 to examine the above issue.
