At the 11th Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors and the 11th Meeting of the 4th Board of Supervisors, both held on 24 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 3Q 2008 Report
2. to sign a supplementary lease agreement on foresting

The board of directors plans to convene its 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 12 Nov 2008, at which proposal 2 will be examined and considered for approval.
