3Q 2008 Report Approved

At the 17th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, held on 23 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 3Q 2008 Report
2. to retain Zhongxi Certified Public Accountants as the company's auditors for 2008

The company plans to convene its 5th 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 11 Nov 2008, at which proposal 2 will be examined and considered for approval.
