The company's property sales reached 344,400 sq. meters, this October, while the sales & subscription amount hit RMB 2,582,000,000.

Over the first 10 months of 2008, the company reached an area of 2,104,700 sq. meters sold, an increase of 24.3% YOY, with the sales & subscription amount totaling RMB 16,735,000,000, up 18.58% YOY.
