The company's application for establishment of the Haitong Jijihong Limitative Aggregate Asset Management Plan, with a five-year duration period, has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The volume of asset management products will hit 5 bln units within the promotion period and 6 bln units in the duration period.
Promotion of the plan will be initiated by the company within six months of receiving the aforementioned written approval. Both the promotion and establishment of the plan will be completed within the 60 working days outlined in the prospectus. In addition, the company will manage the investment and provide follow-up services.
