Recently, the company was informed by AviChina Industry & Technology Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, that on 6 Nov 2008, China Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. (CAI) was established via the restructuring of China Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. I (CAI I) and China Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. II (CAI II). In compliance with relevant regulations, all rights and responsibilities of CAI I and CAI II will be assumed by CAI. Consequently, CAI replaces CAI II as the effective controller of the company.
